Placing your order
Minimum orders:
Greetings cards can be purchased in standard batches of 6 individual cards. The minimum order is 20 individual items, across all ranges and products.
Turnaround time:
The normal turnaround time is up to 5 business days. All orders are sent via next day courier with full tracking. Please email me at hello@sarahedmondsillustration.com if you have any questions regarding the delivery schedule, and I will send updates about the progress of existing orders.
Payment:
Upfront payment is required for first orders.
Subsequent orders can either be paid for upfront, or on a 30 day invoice term.
To receive an invoice, please select 'Manual Payment' at checkout and then the paperwork will be emailed to you.

UK orders:
20% VAT will be added to the order at checkout.

All orders are sent via courier with tracking and signature.
UK delivery: £10 per order // Free delivery for orders over £300 excluding VAT.
International orders:
If you are ordering from outside of the UK you are responsible for paying the shipping and duty costs for your order.
- We ship internationally using a “DHL Express Duties Paid” from our fulfillment warehouse. This allows us to include import duty and taxes on the invoice that is issued when the goods are dispatched.
- Invoices will include item cost, import duty and taxes rate and the shipping charge.
- The duty rate is calculated according to the value and type of goods. We use the following duty calculator to provide the rates that appear on the invoice. https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/
